Did you encounter a problem in one of our games? We'll do our best to help you solve it!

Or maybe you want to send us feedback on our game? Our player support website is definitely a good place to do that—we care about ensuring the highest quality of the games and we'd be happy to hear you.

If you want to report a technical difficulty, please follow the guidelines so we can help you in the most effective way.

First, provide us with as many details as possible. Describe the problem. 

Tell us when and how it arose. The more info, the better :)

If you can send us a screenshot of the issue that would be even better.

Let us know if this is a one-time problem or a recurring one—if it's the latter, describe the steps leading to its appearance.
